一、用途 I.Use Y5WZ-10/27交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器(以下简称避雷器),是用来保护相应电压等级的交流电气设备免受雷电过电压和操作过电压损害的保护电器。 Y5WZ-10/27 type of porcelain housed surge arrester without gaps for A.C. system (“Surge Arrester”) is used to protect electric equipment against the damage of lightning and switching over-voltage impulsion. 产品执行标准:GB11032和IEC 60099-4 《交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器》 Applicable Standard: GB10032 and IEC60099-4 《Metal-oxide surge arresters without gaps for a.c. systems》 二、使用条件 II. Operation Conditions 1. 适用于户内或户外 ; 1. for indoors and outdoors. 2. 环境温度(-45~+50)℃ ; 2. Ambient temperature:-45℃ to +50℃. 3. 太阳光较大辐射强度为1.1kW/m2; 3. Maximum solar radiation: 1.1kW/m2. 4. 海拔高度不**过2000m ; 4. ASL: ≤2000m. 5. 电源频率(48~62) Hz ; 5. Power frequency: (48~62) Hz. 6. 地震烈度8度及以下地区; 6. Earthquake intensity at 8 degrees or below. 7. 较大风速不**过35 m/s; 7. Wind velocity not greater than 35 m/s. 8. 长期施加在避雷器端子间的工频电压应不**过避雷器的持续运行电压。 8. Power frequency voltage continuously applied between terminals of a surge arrester should not exceed its continuous operating voltage. 三、结构和特性 III. Construction & Characteristics 该类避雷器由非线性金属氧化物电阻片叠加组装,密封于高压绝缘瓷套内,无任何放电间隙。该避雷器设有压力释放装置,当其在**负载动作或发生意外损坏时,内部压力剧增,使其压力释放装置动作,排出气体。 Metal oxide surge arrester consists of zinc oxide varistors and would be sealed in porcelain housing without any gaps. Surge arrester is equipped with pressure relief device which will operate under increasing pressure resulted from overload impulse or unexpected damage to remove internal gas and prevent from explosion. 在正常运行电压下,避雷器呈高阻绝缘状态;当受到过电压冲击时,避雷器呈低阻状态,迅速泄放冲击电流入地,使与其并联的电气设备上的电压限制在规定值,以保证电气设备的安全运行。本避雷器具有陡波响应特性好,冲击电流耐受能力大、残压低、动作可靠、无工频续流、防爆性好、维护简便等特点。 The surge arrester presents a high resistance state at normal operating voltage. Under the over-voltage impulse, it would be a low resistance status and release the surging current into the earth quickly so as to make the residual voltage of the equipments which are connected in parallel with it to be controlled within the required voltage and ensured the insulation and safety of the equipments. The metal oxide surge arresters have many advantages such as good steep wave characteristics, large capacity of rectangular wave, high operating reliability, low residual voltage, well anti-pollution ability, simple maintenance, etc. 四、型号说明 IV. Acceptance & Installation 1、验收: 1. Acceptance: (1) 产品到达用户现场或库房后,先检查包装箱唛头上产品型号、数量是否正确;安装产品前,打开包装箱、配件箱,检查随机文件(使用说明书、装箱单、合格证)是否齐全。 (1) On arrival of user’s site or warehouse, check the model and quantity on the mark of package for accuracy; open the cases and check the documents (Operation Instructions, Packing List and Quality Certificate) before installation. (2) 按装箱单逐项检查配件是否齐全,配件、紧固件收集后集中放置。 (2) Check the fittings one by one according to the packing list (3) 检查产品外表面是否有运输造成的裂纹或其他缺陷。 (3) Check the external surface for any crack or other defect occurred in the shipment. 2、安装: 2. Installation: ⑴ 避雷器通常固定于避雷器基座上。 (1) Fix the arrester on the base. ⑵ 由单元件组成的避雷器:可参照产品外形图安装. (2) Surge arrester with only one unit can be installed according to the drawing of external appearance. ⑶ 线路连接:将高压导线与避雷器**部螺栓连接.可通过底座的上部螺栓直接接地,也可以通过监测器或放电计数器接地。 (3) Line connection: put the high voltage lead on the bolt which on the top of the arrester.The base could be earthed by the operating monitor or the discharge counter. 六、检测、维护 VI. Test & Maintenance 1、检测:避雷器投入运行前及每年雷雨季节前,应进行预防性检测试验,其项目为: 1. Detection: the preventing checking test should be taken before surge arrester operation and thunder season. The test items are as the followings: ⑴ 直流或工频参考电压试验: (1) D.C. or Power Frequency Reference Voltage Test: 在避雷器两端施加直流(电压脉动率不大于±1.5%)或工频电压,待流过避雷器的直流或交流阻性电流峰值达到参考电流时,读取电压值,其值不小于标准值。 Direct current or power frequency voltage (the voltage impulse rate ≤±1.5%) should be applied to both sides of surge arrester. When the D.C. or A.C. resistive current peak value that flowing through the arrester stably at reference current, read the voltage value, and it should not be lower than the standard value. ⑵ 直流泄漏电流试验: (2) D.C. Leakage Current Test 在避雷器两端施加0.75U1mA电压值(直流电压的脉动率不大于±1.5%),待电压稳定后,流过避雷器的泄漏电流应不大于标准值。 0.75U1mA Voltage should be applied to both sides of surge arrester (the voltage impulse rate ≤±1.5%). The leakage current flowing through the arrester should not larger than the standard value when the voltage is stable. ⑶ 工频持续电流的检测: (3) Continuous Current Check under the Continuous Operating Voltage 对工频持续电流值的检测,应使用避雷器**漏电流测试仪或足够精度的交流表检测,在运行电压下测量流过避雷器的全电流有效值或阻性电流峰值不**过投运起始值的2倍。 The special leakage current testing apparatus for surge arrester or high definition A.C. meter should be used when checking the continuous current value. The whole current virtual value or resistance current peak value which flow through the arrester tested under the continuous operating voltage should not be 2 times larger that the starting value when operating. 2、维护:按电力系统规程规定执行。 2. Maintenance: should be executed as the power system regulations. 七、注意: VII. Considerations: ⑴ 在运输和贮存时,避雷器应保持竖直方向,严禁强烈震动及碰撞。 (1) The surge arrester should be vertical placed when transporting and storing to prevent from the violent shaking and hitting. ⑵ 用户不得随意拆开避雷器。 (2) User is prohibited to disconnect the arrester arbitrarily. ⑶ 用户不得对避雷器做工频放电电压试验,以免造成避雷器损坏。 (3) User is prohibited to do the power frequency discharge voltage test on the arrester in case the damage of the arrester. ⑷ 用户在遵守以上规则的条件下,本公司在三包期限内负责三包事宜,三包期限为二年。 (4) User can enjoy a quality warranty of 2 years when user follows the above instructions. 用户若有特殊需要,可来人、来函。我们将按要求供货。 If there are some special requirements, we can provide the products accordingly.
